Aklima Akter Hira

Aklima Akter Hira is an Advocate of the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She usually deals with the litigations relating to criminal, family and corporate matters before the lower courts and the High Court Division.

Ms. Aklima completed LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M from the Uttara University and the South East University respectively. She also obtained MSS degree on Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Dhaka. Ms. Aklima enrolled as an Advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2010 and subsequently obtained permission to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She is a member of the Gazipur Bar Association, the Taxes Barr Association and the Supreme Court Bar Association. She has expertise on criminal and family matters by dint of her engagement as a Legal and Compliance Lawyer of BRAC for a long time.
